Thank you very much to all of you who have made enquiries and sent messages; I have now put Good Nick on YBW, so any search for a Nicholson 31 for sale will find her, making it a little easier to provide all the information and pictures. I am sorry in many ways to be leaving the Nicholsons, as we have very much enjoyed both the sailing and the people, so we will try to keep in touch in the future.
We hope to be able to sail for much longer periods, perhaps 3 to 4 months or more in a few years from now, and we are preparing for that.
We wish you the best of good sailing,
Tony & Rosemary

I am sorry to say that Good Nick is now sold and we are no long 'Good Nickers', but we will keep an eye out for Nic 31s everywhere and will always invite the people on board to visit us for a glass or two of something warming on our next boat. We will always have very fond memories of the great sailing we enjoyed. My last trip was to Bangor in North Wales on one weekend and back home the next weekend but one. The average speed of the two passages was 6.3 knots, mostly using the Navik selfsteering, so these boats can certainly make fast passages! Fair winds to all Nickers!!
